I don’t take insurance, but I send our superbills that you can submit for reimbursement.

Your credit card can be linked for autopayment. I also take payment by cheque, PayPal or Venmo if that is preferred.

Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment if you have to cancel. If I can fill your spot I don’t charge otherwise, the full fee is charged.
